Privacy at JobQuoteFlow
What we collect
JobQuoteFlow stores information you provide to operate the service, including account email and business name, business settings, quote and proposal data, and contact-form messages. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than plain text.
How the information is used
Information is used to provide account access, calculate and save quotes, generate customer proposal links, record customer accept/decline decisions, respond to enquiries and maintain the service.
Product analytics
JobQuoteFlow records limited product-usage events to understand activation and reliability. The analytics design excludes passwords, proposal tokens, free-form quote content, customer contact details and exact quote values.
Service providers and disclosure
Infrastructure and analytics providers may process information as needed to run JobQuoteFlow. We do not state that customer data is sold to advertisers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Retention and your choices
Information may be retained while an account or business record is active and as reasonably needed for security, support and legal obligations. To ask a privacy question or request help with your data, use the JobQuoteFlow contact form.
