Using the service
You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, pricing settings, quote content and customer information entered into JobQuoteFlow. Review generated quotes before sending them to customers.
Accounts and access
Keep account credentials confidential and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access another user’s data or misuse customer proposal links.
Quotes and business decisions
JobQuoteFlow is a quoting workflow tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, building-code or trade-compliance advice. You remain responsible for the commercial terms, pricing and compliance of every quote you issue.
Availability and changes
The service may change as features are improved. We aim to keep JobQuoteFlow reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
